We represent a company that is entering the new and high growth area of Three Dimensional Laser Scanning in the real estate industry. We are looking for those high energy sales executives who have in-depth knowledge, contacts, and sales experience in the following areas throughout New York State:
(1) Commercial property owners, operators and managers
(2) Mortgage Banks and Lenders
(3) Law firms
Three Dimensional Laser Scanning for Real Estate is a new industry, and the company has no direct competition for its service, so the opportunity to succeed is extremely high. Customer contracts will range in size between $25,000 and $2 million annually.
Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to generate and make effective presentations to potential corporate clients, and have serious experience selling corporate contract-based services in the above areas. Home office and telecommuting is acceptable.
Compensation:
First three months: Contract commissions only, non-exclusive.
After three months: If applicant performs effectively, compensation will move to a base salary of $60,000 to $100,000 with full benefits plus commission, exclusive.
